Arrival Story:
Oskar was "an accident." Dave earned an unexpected $300 and decided to stop into the pet store just for fun. He came home with this tiny red puppy that fit in his coat pocket.

Bio:
Oskar is very social and popular. He practically has more friends than we do. He knows everyone! We'll be sitting at the patio of the neighborhood pub (dog friendly) or walking through the park and people will say, "Oh, that's Oskar. Hi, Oskar!" [Shrug] We don't know who they are!
