One day we saw our Banjo having so much fun with a neighbor's small dog that we decided he needed a playmate. We fell in love with these little maltese/poodle x's and we had to have one. You have heard the saying big dog in a small dog's body...This is so true! We just moved into a new neighborhood and saw a chow loose. My husband said we needed to be careful because we didn't know the dog or who it belonged to and Scrappy is so small he could be hurt. As fate would have it 2 days later Scrappy ran out the door while the Chow was nearby. He immediately ran barking after the bigger dog and chased it away. Funny, we haven't seen the dog since! Bio: His name originated from his personality. He is a loving little lap dog BUT he will pick a scrap with our 25 lb. rat terrier (Banjo) in a minute! He has no fear.
