the vacuum, broom, when Luckie has a toy he wants

Anything he can put in his mouth: socks, panties, sticks, pine cones, his squeeky ball
Favorite Food:
Treats, anything that is stuck to the dirty dishes in the dishwasher, he likes shredding and eating toilet paper, paper towels, kleenex,etc, ice cubes, He would eat 10 beef flavored rawhide bones a day if we let him
Favorite Walk:
He doesn't care as long as he is outside. However, he especially likes Shelby Farms where he can strut his stuff by showing all the other dogs how far he can swim out to get the thrown tennis ball!!
Best Tricks:
Duek can sit ,shake, lay down and roll over. He is trying to master stay .. Maybe one day he will learn. He can also single handily consume a $10 rawhide bone in 20 minutes flat!!
Arrival Story:
I bought Duke as a birthday present for my fiance's 22nd birthday. He had recently lost his beloved golden retriever of 12 years,Sandy.
Bio:
Duke thinks he is a lap dog. But at 75 pounds, he's a heavy one! He insists on sleeping in the bed with his head on the pillow. Duke is a big bundle of love and energy. Duke has also destroyed numerous items of clothing- He has a bad habit of greeting people at the door by jumping on them and ripping their clothes...

Guess what my Mommy got in the mail?! She said it was a catalog full of toys and treats just for me and Luckie! I saw her and Daddy looking through it - so maybe, just maybe, I will get lots of new toys. I seem to have destroyed all my other toys.. oops! I am so excited! It will be like Christmas..just early!

Oh, I'm a comical character according to my mommy. Last night ( just like every night), I stick my head in the trashcan to see what wonderful goodies Mommy or Daddy have thrown away. Well, Mommy and Daddy saw me and yelled my name for me to stop. umh, I thought I was much sneakier than that- they caught me red-handed; When I heard my name, this broke all concentration and I tried to quickly take my head out of the trash can. Umm, this didn't work too well- mommy and Daddy have one of those stupid swivel tops and when I tried to pull my head out- the top was stuck on my head. Mommy and Daddy started laughing b/c I am walking around with this trashcan top on my head!!! They found it amusing- I, on the other hand, did not!

Daddy was home today- but I had to share him with Luckie. I had fun just lying around with Daddy. For supper, Mommy and Daddy had ribs. Ooo, I wanted one of those so bad! When Mommy was done, she let me lick on the bone and I nibbled a few piece off. Then I got i trouble because I went in the trash and got a bone out and ate it! Mommy said I could have died- and they kept a watch on me. I don' t like getting in trouble. But when it was time to sleep, I got to get in the bed as always!
