being Mommy's alarm-clock even on her days off by jumping on Mommy & kissing her face even when she tries to hide under the covers

Arrival Story:
My Mommy fell in love with the Shar-Pei breed when she saw a background story on us on the History channel. They stated that during the late 1940's & early 50's China posed an expensive tax to have a dog--it was considered a luxury, dog breeding was then banned & because of this we were almost extinct. Mommy did some research to see how much my breed progressed here in the States--she found out that we were still few in numbers. So because of love at first sight through television & because of Mommy's compassion she sprung into action & found a local registered breeder & adopted one-the original Rinky(1991-2002). Rinky was loved so very much that Mommy was so devastated and heartbroken when Rinky passed away in late 2002-just right after Rinky's 11th birthday. But, because Mommy has such a big heart she came to find me--not as a replacement, but as an addition to the family because she has so much love to give--even with a total household count of six. We're the Brady Bunch! Including myself, it's two dogs & four cats. ...And thus, I was baptized RJ-Rinky Jr. in honor of her first ever wrinkled doggie.
