Arrival Story:
My fiance and I had just moved in together and were talking about getting a dog. We went to see some puppies and the minute we picked up Ruby we knew she had to be ours. She snuggled into our necks and was just so sweet. She had the most intoxicating puppy-smell ever, and we fell head-over-heels with her instantly. We were completely besotted with her from the second we laid eyes on her, and she is a wonderful, beautiful, happy, boisterous, delightful girl who we love with all our hearts.

Bio:
Ruby has had some health issues - we thought she had a structural heart defect and she had to have a cardiac ultrasound, but it turned out she was just lazy and a bit pudgy!! She's had a very bad cough for a few weeks, though, and her ears do get very infected, so we have to really keep and eye on them and wash them out once or twice a week with a steroid solution. Apart from that, she's wonderful and normally very healthy.
