Arrival Story:
After starting Vet School I had decided that it was time to have a dog of my own. My then boyfriend and now husband had offered to get me whatever kind of dog I wanted for my birthday, but then I was left with a huge decision. I had grown up with small dogs, and new I wanted something a bit bigger, but every time I thought I knew, I would change my mind. Stoli was born in Lulling Louisiana in a litter of eight. As a puppy she was the ugly duckling of the litter, and was the last one to find a home. Thankfully her birth mothers guardian was a classmate of mine and told me all about the little female that nobody wanted. When Stoli and I met is was love at first site. I wanted to take her home that first night, but thought I needed time to think it over. I didn't sleep a minute, and went to get her the very next day. She was my first dog and has a very special place in my heart. Stoli and I so closely bonded, that now she is the "queen bee" and lets the other two know where they fall in the rankings. She is a very intelligent and sensitive girl, and lives to please us.

Bio:
Her first and only litter produced thirteen beautiful puppies. It was so hard to see them all go to there forever homes, that a certain gorgeous green eyed boy found a forever home with us. Stoli was our first pet therapy dog, and was perfect for the job with her sweet and sensitive nature.
