Oh boy...Niyati loves to be in faces, she LOVES strangers. She loves greetings.

Snow is not her favorite. She despises being caught. She is STILL a slippery eel.

Favorite Toy:
So far, her little stuffed pig is a shining star. Her Kong is a close second. She has so many toys it's hard to choose one.

Favorite Food:
Greenies are a big hit with our little girl. Dehydrated chicken hot dogs are big too. Cheese is a given.

Favorite Walk:
Anywhere, as long as it's not raining.

Best Tricks:
She can jump through a hoop. She can turn on her hind legs, too. She was a big achiever in Puppy Kindergarten

Arrival Story:
It was fate. She was a foster dog needing to move on from her litter to be adopted, and I agreed to bring her home from Arkansas. I only agreed because my next potential foster dog had been saved from the shelter and a foster spot was no longer needed, so I had a place open for another fosterdog. I told myself for five days that I wasn't keeping her. We had just said goodbye to a dog, three dogs is a nice full house, and there are always fosters around. But this little girl snuck right in to my heart. When I put on her rescue tag, I saw that the number on it was the same as a number of significance to me for the past 16 years. I was getting pangs. Then, sitting there, I realized that the DATE was the number also.....There were too many signs...I knew she had to stay. That was final. Fate. She wasn't even supposed to come home with me to begin with. Here she was, needing a home and the number sealed it all.

Her mom was dumped, pregnant, in Texas. She was saved by Ratbone Rescues and gave birth soon after. Our little girl was one of five pups in the litter and we're very lucky to have her.
