Arrival Story:
I started out on a farm in Fresno with my sisters, where we were mistreated. One day a lady came along and took the three of us to safety. She took very good care of us but couldn't keep us so she posted our pictures on the internet. And that is where Mom saw me and requested a meeting. I was really shy when we met but was drawn to her right away and her other dog, Devo. Devo helped me settle into my new home and now I love it here.
Bio:
I get rashes from allergies which can be a real pain. I am a tad overweight but I think I am just big-boned beauty! Because the fact of the matter is, I really don't eat that much, but I guess I should make an effort to play fetch, but it's just not my thing, ya know?

December 2006.
Wow, I haven't been here in a long time!
Mom had to drop me off at the vets today to have surgery. I have cancer in my paw. I came through it pretty well, they were able to save most of my paw, phew, cause that would have been hard not having it. We will find out next week if they got it all out. Say a prayer for me!
I am spending the night at the vets, they are very nice people and Mom will pick me up tomorrow.

Well, it's been a whole nother year since I wrote. I did end losing my entire leg. It was very hard at first. I cried at night. But I adjusted well and quickly. I am doing fine now!!

I found out from Mom that last night someone tried to steal our car radio.
It's a good thing I barked at the stranger I saw last night because I scared his butt off. Mom was alerted and looked out the window but he disappeared fast, maybe he was hiding behind the tree.
Mom was so proud of me this morning. =-;}
