My cancer scare

December 2006.

Wow, I haven't been here in a long time!
Mom had to drop me off at the vets today to have surgery. I have cancer in my paw. I came through it pretty well, they were able to save most of my paw, phew, cause that would have been hard not having it. We will find out next week if they got it all out. Say a prayer for me!
I am spending the night at the vets, they are very nice people and Mom will pick me up tomorrow.

January 1, 2008.

Well, it's been a whole nother year since I wrote. I did end losing my entire leg. It was very hard at first. I cried at night. But I adjusted well and quickly. I am doing fine now!!

December 22nd

As I look out the window up in the skies with my sad eyes; I think "Rain Rain go away, I missed my walk again today."

My watchdog skills came in handy!

I found out from Mom that last night someone tried to steal our car radio.
It's a good thing I barked at the stranger I saw last night because I scared his butt off. Mom was alerted and looked out the window but he disappeared fast, maybe he was hiding behind the tree.
Mom was so proud of me this morning. =-;}
