Briscoe brings me the water bowl when it runs dry. I didn't teach him this--he just does it!

Arrival Story:
Briscoe found us. One afternoon I was in the back yard with my other dogs and he came to the back gate to say hello, I guess. It was hot that day so I went to give him some water and check for tags. He wasn't wearing a collar and was emaciated, so I took him in. Since then, he's gotten all his vet stuff taken care of and has made himself right at home here. Briscoe is so cheerful and full of love for all of us, dogs and people. It's been a joy having him here.
