Likes: Playing ball, hanging out with me. getting trained, he loves to have a job & he loves his godmother who is a killer ball player.

Pet-Peeves: he's a serious guy, doesn't like his little buddy Chickie to screw around too much.

Favorite Toy: tennis balls and chuckit

Favorite Food: not a big eater, not one of those guys that lives for food but he liked cookies, greenies, chicken strips.

Favorite Walk: In The Woods (have to spell that I.T.W in front of him)

Best Tricks: Didn't do "tricks" as such but he could always do whatever I asked him to do.

Arrival Story: when the lady that had him as a pup put him in my arms, he and I both held on.

Bio: Not a bio here. Our life together was a love song. This is what happened on his last day in this life:
We took tucker in to the specialist today for more tests, one of which was an ultrasound. They found a very aggressive cancer in his liver, spleen and blood vessels. It was surprising that he was doing as well as he was really. There was no treatment possible. We stayed there for several hours with him and were thinking we'd take him home as the dust settled, have one more fire and have a vet come over tomorrow but things turned south even while we were there and the right thing to do was let him go. He was an angel, the vet was wonderful too. We phoned Meredith (tucker and chickie's god mama) and she raced over at rush hour to say goodbye. He was happy to see her as always (nobody can kick a soccer ball like Mere). Joyce joined us later to stare with us all in disbelief.
We should have his ashes back in a few days. Thanks for all the magic & love you sent our way. Maybe it will help him come back to us someday.
We still can't even believe this is real.
Love you all
~ linda & tone
P.s. I can feel tucker here with me. I seem to have this ghost dog by my side. We are having a laugh watching tone try to figure out how to crack chickie's code.
