Arrival Story:
Well, I am VP of Puppy Passions Petfinder/Transport and the President, Kindle, in Texas, found a litter of roughly 3 wk old chihuahua/terrier mix pups because their mom was seemingly beaten to death. They were severely infested with parasites and Ankh actually had so much flea damage that they ate to the bone. Needless to say, he was on antibiotics for quite some time and a special shampoo. Anyways, when the time came that they were old enough to be adopted, only 2 were left alive- a girl and a boy. Kindle showed me their pictures and naturally, I fell in love with Ankh right then. It took everything in me, not to take him right away because I wasn't sure if we could handle a 2 dog household with the vet bills and everything to properly care for 2 dogs. I named him Ankh, because that is the Ancient Egyptianword, roughly, for "Life"; which seems appropriate since he was saved from what would more than likely have been death and I really love that culture. Anyways, we adopted him and yea he drives you crazy hehe but wouldn't give him up for anything.

Well, I made it through my first Christmas. When the gifts were placed under the tree, I wasn't quite sure what to make of it so I carefully scoped the situation and barked at them. Once I realized they were safe, I did what any good puppy would do- I snooped hehe . When the guests came, me and my sister, Princess, became too excited and we went into our room to get away from all the noise and fuss. I got a lot of cool gifts and loved checking out every one else's as well. hehe
