Birthday: January 1st 2001 Arrival Story: Chance was surrendered to CBRR&R by animal control. You see, Chance was confiscated from his original owner due to severe neglect.
Chance has only been with us for about a month - month and a half. He's made great strides (amazing what a little food and love will do) but he still has a ways to go yet.
Chance was one of the worse cases of abuse that I've seen. He was days away from death. He was malnourished, bald over much of his body, had ear infections, eye infections, bronchitis as well as a variety of other "ailments."
