Having her tummy rubbed; taking a nap on our bed; playing with her mountain of stuffed toys, visiting her grandparents, running around the backyard, and playing with Aunt Jill.
Squirrels, baths, crazy hyper neighborhood kids who scream, reflections, the vet & being brushed!
Lovehound, Rocky Raccoon, Ellie, and Chip Munk.
Carrots, grapes and anything Mommy or Daddy are eating, otherwise Science Diet. Mommy's shoes, Daddy's football stuff, Daddy's boxers, chair legs, sandals & Mommy's clothes.
Around the neighborhood with Grandpa and Daddy.
Tricking Mommy and Daddy into buying her every stuffed toy in Petco!!!
On the way home from playing golf, we stopped at a local pizza place to order and pick up dinner. We placed the order and had some time to kill so we wandered two doors down to the pet store. Alone, in the center display case, was this brown and black fluffball who looked very alone and very sad. She looked up with her beautiful brown eyes with this face that just said, "Do you REALLY want to leave this face behind?" The rest as they say is history. We were allowed to stay and play with the puppy in a little room to make sure we got along with her and she got along with us. We fell in love with her right away. Destiny brought us together. We never knew how much we'd love her and now that we have her, we never want to leave her behind.
Grace started out as a brown puppy and as she grew she eventually became a blond. She has had some experience with the dreaded Cherry Eye which is common in small breeds, or at least more common than we thought. She has been spayed and has absolutely no complications whatsoever. The veterinarian told us to expect a slight dropoff in her energy level...HA! She's got Energizer batteries in her it seems.
It's tough being this cute!

I can't express enough how much you mean to Mommy and me, and how much we both love you. I'll admit it: on the day Mommy found you (or you found us, I'm still not sure), I was looking at an American Eskimo that was awfully cute. But from the time the pet store first let you play with us, I thank God that you were sent into our lives. We found you on a Saturday afternoon. Your cute little brown eyes just stared up at us and our hearts melted. We were so excited that we were going to have a new edition to our family and we couldn't wait to bring you home. Your little brown furry body and little white paws begged to be pet and your curiosity about everything around you was amazing. You wanted nothing more than to be with us at all times, and although it took some getting used to, we know now that we never, ever want to be without you. You helped us get through some tough times with just a wag of your tail or a kiss on the cheek. We love you so much and want you to know that you will always be a part of us.
Loyally yours and with all our love,
Daddy and Mommy
