Mikie went to the Rainbows Bridge

Mikie left us today 7/22/2010. Took him to the All City Pet Emergency Hospital with heart failure. He was given an injection, went to sleep, and passed peacefully with me singing the "Mikie Song" I've sang to him since he was a puppy one last time.

Rest in peace old friend. There's a hole in my heart that will never heal. You never harmed anyone in your short but loving 13 years. Your Mommy, brother Scottie, and new sister Maggie will miss your forever. We'll see you soon my Mighty Mikie Dog at the Rainbow Bridge. Semper Fidelis buddy.
