WhenI'm out and about on my 'rounds' I always have to bark out commands.
Al the local peons are always demanding this or demanding that.
They just don't get it.....no matter how many times I pass their yards those lowly peons still shoot their mouths off and then I have to put them all in their place...again.
I used to charge full strenghth trying to get to them, but since my 'dad' has been so respectful and nice to me, I thought the least I could do is ease up on his leash arm.
Oh alright, so shoot me.....yes I gave in to some of my 'dad's' requests.
After all he HAS taken some of my impeccable good advice about Akitas.
that as the least I could do for such a good student.
And besides....I still get to flex my power trying to run down rabbits.
Where is it written that rabbits and squirrels ALWAYS get to out run Akitas??

I taught my "person" well.

Yep, that's right..My first family wasn't to bright, they wouldn't give me the activity/exercise I so desperately needed...I rebelled, they grew to hate me.
Mike was always telling them he'd be glad to take me to live with him, but the lady had a possesive streak a mile long...."You can take her and teach her some manners and bring her back" the lady said.
.....Those two went back and forth about that for two years...Mike kept asking why the lady wanted me at her house if she hated me so.
Finally the lady's aggravation outgrew her possesiveness.....[Gee ya think it was my second litter of puppies?]....and she finaly cut a deal with Mike.
"If you can get her spayed, then you can take her home...for good."
Within a week I was down to the vets getting fixed.
Now Life is good... I get my daily romps in the fields, treats treats and more treats...belly rubs any time i demand one.
Mike is wiser in the ways of us Akitas now....I taught him well.
