Quick Bio:
-mutt-pound dog-dog rescue

Birthday:
February 14th 1992

Likes:
Human contact! She loved being around people as much as possible.

Pet-Peeves:
Thunderstorms, fireworks, any loud noise, and those darn people driving or walking by our house all day who never stop to say hi!!

Favorite Toy:
TENNIS BALLS

Favorite Food:
She liked table scraps a lot.. probably not a good thing because she became overweight from it :(

Favorite Walk:
along our side fence; she ran up and down it playing with the neighbors pup

Best Tricks:
I can sit, lay down, shake, speak, and whisper! I can also catch treats or balls in mid-air! But my best trick is making my humans feel better when they're sad.

Arrival Story:
One weekend when I was very young (six or seven) my parents brought us on a car ride and wouldn't tell us where we were going. When my younger sister and I saw them pull into the humane society we FREAKED OUT. We'd wanted a puppy for such a long time now and couldn't believe our luck!! We went in and there were all kinds of puppies, my sister and I wanted these two matching puppies (they were brother and sister I believe) but my parents said NO way, one was enough!! At the top of the cages and near the very back my mom saw Perdy!! We took her into the room for an evaluation and she was just so perfect for us. We took her home and I remember she got car sick hehe.

Bio:
Perdy passed away on January 3, 2002 at about 7am. The night before she'd hardly moved except when my dad came home. She wasn't even ten years old yet! The next morning my mom was getting ready for work and heard her take her last breath. We don't know what she died from or why, we assume natural causes, but the day before she just wasn't acting right...
