Arrival Story:
Molly was rescued from an evil farmer/backyard breeder who didn't want to tell the world that his purebred border collie was taken twice while in heat. Subsequently, the bitch delivered 4 healthy border collies and 1 healthy border collie/corgi mix. I just happened to be looking for a pal for my girl Kodi and answered an ad in the local paper for "purebred border collies". It was clear to me when I arrived and saw my little girl Molly what I had to do. I offered the farmer money for the pup and he refused claiming she was not for sale and not of the same litter. When pressed, he admitted what had happened and claimed he was going to destroy the pup (probably since he knew the gig was up!) So I left without the pup. I waited until it got dark and returned to the barn where the pups were being kept. Under stealth of darkness, I took the pup so she would not be needlessly killed. I also left the stupid farmer $20 to cover the expenses of raising an unwanted pup for 4 weeks. Well that was 10 years ago and Molly is relatively well adjusted. She is a real character and her border collie/corgie intensity is something to see. She is not the dog for every owner and I must say I made a few mistakes raising her, but we have learned from each other and I wouldn't trade her for all the money in the world!

Bio:
Molly lives with 2 other dogs and a crazy kitten. She is the apple of my eye and eager to please. We have been blessed to have such a wonderful family of 4 legged friends.
