Well today there was a marathon run here in Toronto. We live along the street that all those people were running along. All the cheering and clapping woke us up this morning. So we rubbed our sleepy eyes and got dressed to go see what it was all about. I had a lot of fun howling at the funny dressed people. And it was so windy, leaves were blowing everywhere, but my mom won't let me chase them down the road. I did get to roll in a big pile of leaves at a nearby park - oh how I love the leaves.

We met some interesting looking dogs today - I've seen them before and they were crazy at first. Big dogs - Great Danes they are called, like horses they are. This time I wasn't scared and had a lot of fun running between their long legs, they couldn't catch me. So much fun.

I think Mom is going to dress me up in some ridiculous costume again. Halloween is on the way, I just know it. She was digging out some clothes. Hahahaha...I'm a little chubbier this year, so some clothes don't fit any more. So we'll see.

Anyhoot....it's dinnertime again, must make some puppy eyes and hope to get some extra treats.

Strolling in North York...

My silly owner and I recently moved from Vancouver - Port Coquitlam, BC where there is plenty of park space, fresh air, mountains, rivers and trail to stroll along. But checking out things here in Ontario hasn't been bad. The trees are beautiful with big colourful leaves that are fun to roll in. There are plenty of fancy dogs in this neighbourhood and plenty of luxurious doggie services available within a stone's throw from our new home. I've really enjoyed watching the chirping birds from the outside deck, but wasn't impressed when that big fat pigeon starting flicking water from the gutter at me :(

Today, we went for a big long stroll around the neighbourhood, looking for doggie parks, meeting new people and other neighbourhood dogs. We found some school yards to play in, had a good run. But alas, I'm pooped from it all. So I must cut this journal entry short and nap before dinner time.

And that's all she pawed.....Raven.
