A Trip to the Groomer

We went to the groomers today brother Dawson got a shot today so he is not feeling to great . Anyway I think a trip to the groomer means once we get home our mom puts us through all kinds of pictures .
Today she is getting ready for Halloween so we had to have picture in our costumes she made for us. We will be going to the Mutts on Parade sometime in Oct. To strut our stuff see if you think we are winners.

What A Day

My day started out great we had a lot of fun playing outside had a picnic lunch . I was being my normal self looking to see what I could get into when I spied a big toad , I pawed at the toad and it jumped this looked like it was going to be a great game so I pawed at the toad again and he jumped higher what fun . Until I decided to try and catch the toad I got him in my mouth and then it was aweful he must have urinated in my mouth. I was trying my best to get this aweful taste out of my mouth, I had all this white foam trying to get rid of that taste . Well needless to say I scared my Mom she came running seeing all this foam coming from my mouth and she didn't know it was from the toad at the time she scooped me up and went running to the house with me as we got in the house she took a wet rag and started washing out my mouth . Thank goodness she didnt use soap I had enough foaming as it was she watched me and I was ok didnt get sick or anything then we went back out that is when I went back to get the toad and teach him a lesson . Mom followed me and saw the toad and knew that was what made me have a bad taste in my mouth so I had to go back in the house and she took a shovel and took the toad out of the yard . Now don't I have a great Mom. so that was my day started out wonderful and went to the Dogs .
