Loves to play with his toys, tug of war, fetch, hide & seek, treats, putting his head on you for affection, doggie parks, snow, outdoor & nature, swim, human contact, licking baby lotion, car rides and playing with his buddy Max & his neighbor Cody.
Pet-Peeves:
The word "Bad Dog, " when he feels his sister Cujo, a Pomeranian or his mommy is being theatened (only he can pick on his sister). Other than that, all humans and dogs are his best friends.
Favorite Toy:
All of his plush and squeeky toys.
Favorite Food:
Peanut butter, rawhide, pig ears, doggie treats and bread.
Favorite Walk:
Around the block in the snow & hiking in Ramapo Reservation to doggy lake.
Best Tricks:
Give paw and carries his own leash.
Arrival Story:
He was a Valentine's Day gift for both of us. After Ungu left, the house was too quiet. Gandalf was looking for the best parents in the world and he found us. In return we found the most handsome, playful, affectionate, lovable, loyal family companion.
Bio:
Gandalf loves to play (toys, games, sport or with other dogs) and lives on people giving him pats. He would give you his paw and he can carry his own leash around the block and in parks (his most impressive trick). He has hip dyplasia on both hips. He went through surgery on one side before he was a year old and he may need another later on. But this has never stop him from loving to play, swim and loving nature, life and the world.
