I'm so sorry to say that our little Doodle has passed on. :(
I returned home for fall break (from college) this past Saturday to hear that she passed on Tuesday (October 17th). My parents were home from work, feeding her and her sister (Moe), when Daphney just let out a gasp and went into her kennel and laid down. My mom tried getting her to come out, but she wasn't moving. They rushed her to the vet up the street, but it was too late. We think she had some heart problem because she was overweight and she could barely walk.
They had her cremated, and she is now in a lovely box with a lovely plaque in our home.

I can't tell you how much I miss my Daphney. We only knew her for a little over a year, but she brought so much joy to our family.

Daphney, I'm so sorry I didn't get to say goodbye to you one last time. Just know that I love you!
