Arrival Story:
Rocky was rescued from a puppy mill. It took almost a year before he was comfortable with us touching him. He has just within the past year started letting other people touch him. We have only seen him wag his tail 3 times, and all have been within the past year. Rocky is most comfortable being left alone. He will get on the couch or a chair or bed, and just lie there. He will accept pats when you walk past. And, in the past 8 months, he has started occasionally coming to us for petting. He never stays long. But this little guy has made a lot of progress from the dog that first came to live with us.
