Arrival Story:
We were looking for a puppy at Christmas time but of course so was everybody else. We found her in the paper and we went to see her. Sable was already 3 yrs. old and the people couldn't take her to where they were moving. They had 2 little boys and they never had a problem with her, EVER!! So we took her home and she was great. Not long after we had her she started to scratch at her ears and developed open soars that wouldn't heal, then she smacked her tail off the wall and cut the end open. I tried everything I could to try to fix her cuts but nothing helped. We had meds for it but that didn't work either. I think she developed a tumor on her hind leg, and all her prblems just added up and it was getting costly, unfortunetly I had to bring her to the Humane Society because I moved and I couldn't bring her here becuase of the new bylaw the restricts people from having pitbulls in these townhouses. I'm pretty sure they put her down because she was sick...I hate to think about it. She was a good girl, the best pit ever!!!!! We miss her so much.
