Arrival Story:
I was looking on petfinder for vizslas, as I tend to do on occasion... and spotted this one sweet looking handsome boy that was at the local shelter (Teterboro Animal Shelter) He had been surrendered by his family, and then adopted out numerous times, only to be returned again and again. Well I had to go see him! Once I got to the shelter we came face to face, litterally, he was bouncing about 6 feet in the air as if springs were attached to his paws. I called my husband up right away to tell him how cute he was and we had to bring Dylan in for a meet and greet. Not but 30 minutes later we were back and the two got along like long lost brothers!! It was if they were staring in a mirror. Everything went well and they said we could take him home that night. We weren't exactly prepared or anything, our house (which we had moved into quite recently) still had all our christmas things in boxes... which I had left for later when I ran out to meet the pup. He came home and we dont know what life would have been like without him, and I am positive that Dylan feels the same way.
