Arrival Story:
Merlin was an escapee - our vet found him roaming around town dragging his leash behind him. After trying to find his owner (no one claimed him), the vet gave him all his shots, neutered him, and handed him to us. He's only escaped a few times since...

Bio:
Merlin thinks he's a mountain goat. One day, he didn't greet me at the door, and I noticed that the screen was out of the window on the third floor - and tags were jingling to the right (not down toward the ground). Sure enough - Merlin was out on the roof. It only took an hour to figure out how to get him down. Just in time for momma to come home and see me pulling a ladder in from a second-story window and a very dirty, thirsty, and upset dog run through the house!
