Arrival Story:
He was a little groggy the day we brought him home from the shelter but he didn't want to go to bed until we were ready. About 10pm we were sitting at the table when we look over to see that our little Champ had fallen asleep while standing up. His medication had worn off by the next day and he was the most playful and energetic dog we had ever seen.

So... it's been a while since I updated. Woof!
I've made a good friend here in Dayton. His name is Jessie and everyday I go outside and pee on him. If he's not there, I pee on the fence. He's a cool guy though... his mom lets him come over to my house when she has time and she has even bought me a couple of toys. Weee!
The trees are changin' colors here.. I've never seen anything like it (since I'm from Texas). The leaves change colors and then fall to the ground! Everything is wet because it's been raining. So whenever I go outside, I come back all dirty and gross! Yuck! I make sure to run outside, do my business and then come back inside quickly so not to get my heart rate up... I've been quite the lazy pup these days. Mom has the heat cranked up so I get all comfy and cozy on my bed by the heat vent. Ahhhhh, warm air.
I sure miss my friends in Texas... whose going to come to my Halloween party?

HAPPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!
Well... I am officially (and unofficially) 5 years old today. I woke up with a twinge of pain in my hip. I'm sure I'm just imagining it. We're having a birthday party this weekend, doggy treats and Frosty Paws ice cream. Eat your heart out OLIVIA! You can't come to my party. Maybe Bruiser can, but NOT Olivia. Ne ner, ne ner, ne ner. =P

They took me to Minnesota again this weekend. It was a blast. It was super cold (one of the coldest weekends of this winter) but it didn't stop me from having an awesome time. I posted a couple of pictures of the happenings. I almost caught a squirrel.... This summer, just you wait!
