1. Do you ever wake your parent up in the night? I have done this several times, usually when I am sick.

3. What is your favorite treat? That is so hard to say, I like so many treats... peanut butter, bananas, bacon...

5. Have you ever lived any place other than where you live now? yes, I lived in a shelter in Kentucky and then with my foster mom.

Is it wrong to be a Momma's boy?

Mommy and daddy are laughing at me.. since I hurt my back again I have not been able to go on my regular walks with mommy. Well this morning she put on her sweats, shoes and walked out the door without me!! Can you beleive that?!?!? So I let daddy know how upset I was by whining, and moaning and barking until she returned. When she walked in the door I rushed up to meet her, wagging my tail and telling her how much I misssed her. Daddy laughingly told her how I acted the entire time she was gone. Mommy said she had just gone up the street to something called a 'practor (I have no idea what that is) and she didn't go for a walk. She also said I was a big boy and shouldn't be having temper tantrums.

Is it wrong to miss my mommy when she goes out without me?!?!? Even the neighbor called me a Momma's Boy. Well I for one think being a Momma's Boy is a good thing!

ADOPT 2010 CONTEST

The first thing I remember was being in jail, but I have no idea how I got there as I was only one day old. A guardian angel came and rescued us from jail and took us to a house filled with other doggies! My brothers and sisters and I got to play all day long. My brothers and sisters started leaving and I didn't understand why... but then one day my foster mommy took us outside and there were these two people standing there...My foster mommy told me if I was extra these people might want to take me home with them. I ran up to the man and gave him my best big brown eyes! The woman sat on the ground and I ran up and sat in her lap...I knew I had her with that one. They smelled really good and I had fun playing with them.

Foster mommy took me over to their house for a sleepover and they loved me so much (how couldn't they) and I have been here ever since... they are the bestest mommy and daddy ever! I have a big crate filled with soft blankies, a big bed in the living room and a bucket FULL of toys. I have a kitty big sister and a kitty little brother, my little brother loves to play with me. Mommy takes me everywhere with her, our favorite place to go is the Nature Center.

I started having seizures when I was about 1 1/2 years old and mommy and daddy were very worried about me. Many trips to the vet later and my seizures are under control. I've had several health issues since then and mommy and daddy have takent the best care of me, they even do without going on vacation so they can pay my vet bills (the vet techs call me Mommy's Little Money Pit) I am so worth it! I am a happy go lucky guy with the bestest parents in the whole wide world.

Let's Play Chase!

Gretchen tagged me. I love to play chase so this is a perfect thing for me. Gretchen says I have to answer some questions and then play tag with six of my buds.

1. What color is your collar?
Green - mommy says it looks good on my black fur and I"m always ready for St. Patrick's Day. She wants to find a collar with a celtic design on it for me, but hasn't found one yet.

2. What kind of food do you eat?
Nutro Natural Choice -Less active (which I am not but the vet said the other stuff was making me chunky) Plus I get Nutro Max wet food with my meds.

3. What are your favorite treats?
Anything someone else is eating! I have to eat soft treats since the vet stole my teefies - right now I love my Buddy Biscuits and my Wellness bites - they have apples and sweet potatoes in them!

4. Do you have a Valentine or significant other?
Of course! Lexey Exey.

5. Do you get table scraps?
Mostly veggies or rice, but when I am lucky I get bacon or a piece of meat or a french fry.

6. What is your favorite toy?
I like my stuffies cuz they make cool noises.

7. When is your birthday?
Deember 15

8. How many times a day do you eat?
Two meals and twice for medicine food - so FOUR TIMES!! WHOOHOO.

9. Do you have a favorite color?
I look good in everything!! BOL

I have a room named after me!

Mommy bid on and won naming rights (for one year) to part of one of the rooms at Save the Animals Foundation where she volunteers. The Blue Room is the largest dog room and has two sections, well now the back section will be known as Seamus' Happy Hound Hideaway! Isn't that cool?? Now I can feel like I am there helping mommy take care of the dogs until they find loving homes.

Oh, I am a naughty dog!

Hee hee hee, I had a fun afternoon!! Mommy left some yummy smelling bags of stuff on the desk. Now I am not normally one to get into things I am not supposed to, but this smelled so good. AND I am going to say that Blixa tossed it onto the floor.. so technically it wasn't my fault. This stuff smelled so good that I ate the whole thing... all two ziploc baggies full AND some paper that in there too.

Daddy came home and found me with this stuff all over my head and crusted into the carpet... boy was he angry! he called mommy and I heard him say something about Seamus ate the Amish Friendship bread... well I don't know who these Amish people are but they make yummy bread.. or bread batter.. or whatever that tasty stuff was. .

Mommy came home and just laughed and laughed at me. But I'm getting a little nervous because I just heard the word "bath" and she was looking at me when she said it..

I don't care ... it was fun!

I love snow days!

Mommy had a snow day today and we are having so much fun! I love to play in the backyard in the snow... I chased mommy around the picnic table, growling and leaping around, and then we ran up to the house and banged on the window so daddy would look out and I could bark at him. Mommy stopped running and I got tangled in her legs - luckily she didn't fall but she said I was trying to knock her into the snow... do you think she really suspects that I was trying to knock her over?

Daddy calls me a snow clown because I love to leap around in the snow and act silly. Mommy said she hopes none of the neighbors were looking outside because they might think we are CRAZY!! BOL WE ARE!! BOL WE ARE!!
