Arrival Story:
Sarah is an Army brat. She went from owner to owner as they were shipped out. The final Army owner was going to put her to sleep (when she was a year and a half old) because he could not find an owner for her before he was shipped to another country. A lady, who couldn't afford to feed Sarah, took her in. My friend, who had a Siberan Husky, was a pet supply store when this lady approached her and asked if she wanted another Siberian Husky. My friend said she could not take in another dog, but knew someone who had been thinking about getting a dog. My friend called me and told me about Sarah. When we met, it was love at first sight.

Bio:
Sarah is "Miss Sarah Sue" because she is a Southern Belle all the way from North Carolina. She has returned to her Northern Breed roots by moving with me to Minnesota. Here favorite thing is to roll around on her back in the deep snow.

Where to sleep now that Cherokee is gone?

Should I sleep on the bed with mom to comfort her because Cherokee is gone? Well, I tried that for a while, but it got too warm. So, I jumped down and slept on my pet bed. That bed was too hard, so I slept of Cherokee's old pet bed for a while. Then, it dawned on me that he's not coming home. That made me sad, so I went and slept in the living room on the floor. At least it was nice and cool in there with the air conditioning blowing right on me.

The Princess and the Pea!

Boy, last night was really ruff for me, a dog who needs the best comforts in the world! Finally, mom let me sleep on the bed. Can you believe that mom thinks she can sleep in that King size bed with me? I need the whole bed to myself to stretch out and roll around. Last night it was especially hard to find a comfortable spot. I moved from the top of the bed to the foot of the bed and everywhere in between...there was no spot suited for me, the perfect Princess. Finally, I found at the top of the bed were these very soft, royal, feather pillows that were just made for this Princess! I am glad that mom finally found worthy enough bedding for me. Boy, life sure is ruff!
