I've been Bark Busted!!

Friday night a lady named Mary came to our house. She is a Bark Buster trainer. She spent 4 hours working with Luke and I, and our Mom, and 2 boys.

I feel more relaxed now that Mom is in charge! I don't have to bark to warn the pack of everything! Mommy growls at me a little, but I'm being a good girl. Luke gets more growls than me! He is down right stubborn.

Mommy can even answer the door without my help.

I can go out into the back yard, and I can relax in the sun, because I do not have stand guard. I love being Bark Busted! The neighbor like it too, because I don't bark at them any more!

The puppy is getting better

OK, I have to admit, I think I'm growing attached to Trixie.
I have started playing with her. She is small enough to fit in my mouth. Last night, when I was done wrestling with Trixie, mommy picked her up, and was shocked to find her all wet!!

Well, Mom has gone and done it to me again. She has brought home another puppy. This one is bound to be worse than Lukie-pest.
I already had to tell her not to try and steal my food. Seems she might be a quick learner. I only had to tell her once!!

What is going on....

I don't know what is going on....
Mommy is packing everything into boxes, I'm afraid I'll be next.
I'm getting so nervous that I'm jumping at the cats every time they move!!

I hope nothing bad is going to happen.....

1. I love paying "Keep Luke from getting to Mommy at the dog park.

2. I love beating Luke to the tennis ball that Mommy tosses for him, and that keeeping it from them.

4. I love the peolpe at the dog park, more than the dogs! I am such a sucker being petted!

5. The vacuum scares me so much, I have to bark at it!

6. I love the summer because my human boys are home to play with my all day!

7. My best trick is Hoover!! I love cleaning the floor when mommy spills something.

Boy, did mommy surprise us. She took us for a very long drive. It felt like forever to me, but she says it only took 1.5 hours.

Mommy took me and Luke to her friends cottage! This was a first for me and Luke. And the cottage was on a lake!! Anyone who know me well, knows I love getting wet. I will even lie down in a puddle. So it was no suprise to Mommy when I was the first into the lake. I was pulling so hard on my leash, with excitement that Mommy had to let go so that she wouldn't fall down the stairs. Mommy was afraid I would take off, becuase I have never run free in the wilderness. As soon as I jumped off the dock the water was half way up my side. I had to go out a piece to swim. And I love to swim. I even played the silly game that Mommy plays with Luke at the dog park. She calls it fetch. Well, I love to fetch the tennis ball or the water kong out of the lake. I even give the ball back to Mommy so that she can throw it into the lake again. Mommy and the boys were so proud of me. I also spent time swimming with my boys.

It was the greatest, and I love my mommy soooooooo much for taking me with them! Mommy says we will do it again next year. Mommy was so proud because I behaved off leash all weekend. I did venture off to explore, but I always came back when she called.

Happy Birthday to me

Oh boy, oh boy. I can't wait until mommy gets home, cause today is my birthday!!

I will let you know all the fun things we get to do tonight!! I hope we go to the dog park. That is my most favorite place in the world!

What a Sunday - It pooped me out.

Ok, I really don't know what my mommy was thinking on Sunday.

First she took Luke and I to the dog park for 2 hours, in the morning. It was fun running and playing with my friends.

Then, a couple of hours after we got home, mommy decided to take us for a little walk. A little 2 hour walk. We just kept walking and walking. We ended up some place I have never been before! It was a beautiful little Pond!! We got to walk all the way around it. But, mommy wouldn't let us go into the water and chase the geese. She said the geese would probably beat me up!

On the walk home, I kept looking at my mommy, hoping she could make it home. She's not a young pup anymore. But I was impressed, that she made it.

Once we got home, Luke and I took a long nap. Mommy didn't though. And when our boys got hom, the three of them took us for another walk to the store, so that the boys could buy some yu-gi-oh cards!

Boy was I tired Sunday night. I found an empty bed to sleep in, and didn't move for 9 hours!!

Mommy had to take me to the vet over Easter. My human sibling found a small lump on my side. It is a small hard lump, about the size of a small pea. Mommy was worried about it. The vet said it is just a cyst so my mommy decided not to have it cut off! I am so happy mommy made that decision, cause I don't want an operation. I would really miss my family!!

The rest of the weekend, we got to play, and go for walks. Mommy even took me and Luke to the dog park. It was so much fun!

What a weekend ... I gotta play with Jersey

It was great on Saturday. Mommy took us to the park, and I got to wrestle with Jersey. I love playing with her!

I also got to run with the boys in the forest!! I am such a good doggie, I can run and play with the boys without jumping or knocking them down!!

I had lots of fun at the park, it's nice playing with someone other than Luke. I can wrestle on him any time I want.

Got to go, time to remind Luke who is boss!!
