Arrival Story: One week after our wedding, my 6 month old son, my two and a half year old nephew and I went to the Humane Society. Willow and her brother were there. My husband and I discussed getting a lab mix, and I always had male dogs, so we went in the 'get to know you room' with the male, who looked more 'lab-like'. He was skiddish, and so we tried socializing with the little doby looking thing with the green eyes. She was incredibly sweet, letting the toddler and baby poke at her, and was just so precious. We brought her home, and she's been our sweet girl ever since.

Bio: No one ever told me how nuerotic female dogs can be! She thinks that she is our almost four year old son's mother, and is very concerned with all the goings on in our home. Last February she got her brotherdoggie Parker, and the two are wonderful together. Parker plays with her to the point of frustration, but then the two of them cuddle on the couch for hours. Willow is wonderful - she often is out in public without her leash, and is obediant and never bolts. Unfortunatly, she looks like she was made from spare parts, and is getting fatter by the day!
