Ouchies!!!

So I hurt myself again, it was about that time I guess, I usually go through one injury a year (minus my weird pink bubble gum lips - mom hasn't figured that one out yet).

So anyway, I was being a bit of a lunatic, you know, running around (or trying to) really fast on the laminate but really just spinning my wheels like in the cartoons... well.. I finally got going but then I couldn't turn, so I rubbed up against a nail that was sticking out of the chair and OOOOUUUCH!!!! I cut myself on my side *whimper*.

Mom took me to the scary vet and they had to stitch me. :( I got lots of treats though... and I get to look really pretty in my new sweater mom made me especially for my vet visit.. only thing is with the sweater on I can't lick my stitches! (I think mommy planned that on purpose).

I'm going to be an Auntie!

Well mommy told me today that we had special guests coming. She said a mommy pitbull mix and her puppies were dumped at the vet because they weren't loved anymore (how sad!!), so they are coming here! Mommy said they will be seperate from us but when the babies are older we will get to meet them - I LOVE BABIES! I just lay there very quietly and let them sniff and cuddle me, I love it. :) I remember when mommy found baby Chansu I had to be her mommy until she was older even though she was a kitten - I didn't mind one bit. :) (see her picture!!)

The Meaning Of "Scrunchie Face"

So I have had some people ask me, "Why do your mom & dad call you scrunchie face?".... well, sit down, let me tell you a story.

I, being a typical dobie, THRIVE and LIVE for any attention & love I can get... if it happens that it has been a little while since I got some pats & rubs (say, more than an hour), then I get all happy and I SCRRRUNCH my face up and do the nub wiggle a mile a minute... sometimes I even shiver I am so happy. I get my best scrunchie face when I get up on the bed and I get to STAY up there... It doesn't happen very often because I get SOOO excited and SOOO happy that I get these random, uncontrolable twitches & jerks & kicks & punches... I try SO hard to contain them but when you are just BURSTING with joy to be UP on a bed... well... it's near impossible... So I have my little punch/kick/scrunchie face fest and then ususally I am asked to get off ***BIIIG SIGH***
It's tough being a dobie who has so much love to give!!!

I'm bored

Ok, I need something to do... the trail isn't done yet so I can't go for one of my super runs. Mommy said she is broke so I can't take that tracking class I wanted so badly to take... Geez it's SO HARD sometimes.. I have been getting lots of cookies and chestie rubs, but it just ISN'T ENOUGH! I think I may start a protest tomorrow... ya... definitely... I will walk up and down the hall, up and down and up and down until mommy noticed and fixes MY trail!

Possible new boyfriend...

So mom brought home this handsome dobie the other day. She said his mom and dad didn't want him anymore so he was going to stay here until we find him a new home. I wanted to ask her why he couldn't stay with us, but I didn't say anything... My goodness he's a looker though, he looks just like me except he's red. I love playing with him it's so much fun, especially in the mud, nothing better than getting nice and dirty!!!
