Favorite Food:
Anything on our plates (once caught eating his mom's dinner right off the dish at the table) but will take some pickled ginger or any doggie treat as a second best.

Favorite Walk:
Anywhere, but most especially Point Isabel where he can run free and be the degenerate of the dog park he was born to be.

Arrival Story:
We had lost our venerable 13 year old boxer girl at Christmas last year, and were looking to fill the void she left. Jake turned up on craigslist.org as his last family was looking to lower thier dog population. When we went to meet him, he came bounding out of thier house, and just bowled us over with love and hugs (and not a small amount of drool). It has been love ever since. He came with some fairly serious behavioral issues (seperation anxiety, feeding problems, etc.) but love, consistency and kindness have made him the dog of the century and we would not know what to do without him to blame for the occasional stench eminating from my husband's side of the living room.
