I had wanted a Bichon for years, we adopted a rescue in 2000 and he he such a doll so we thought he needed a sister. We found a very responsible breeder and saved our $ to purchase her. She is the light of my husbands life. She loves Mommie but when her Daddy is around she only has eyes for him
