Arrival Story:
Jingo is a Rottie mutt that I adopted from the Humane Society when he was about 5 months old. He didn't bark or whine when he was a pup - he just stood with both paws in his water dish looking curious and happy. Which worked out well: he managed to give himself excema between his toes from the hours in the dish, so he ended up being a "medical waiver" - $30 discount pound puppy! Got him home and never had another problem with his paws. He ate everything from coathangers to couches for the first year I had him, but paws? All good.

Bio:
He's a pain in the ass sometimes, but I love him - once he got over the separation anxiety and the Terrible Twos, he chilled out and has become an amazing dog. He comes into the office with me pretty much every day and gets to startle/sniff/otherwise get his nose into everyone who comes in. Not to mention the streetcar ride home or to Mary's... He's big, cute, and dumb, and very popular with everyone. Bets on where his whiskers came from welcome...
