Likes:
being with his people. Going to the lake...they say rotties aren't supposed to really like water, but I cannot get him out of the lake once he's there. He really likes retrieving the tennis ball from the lake. He loves car rides, too

Pet-Peeves:
dogs or people being aggressive towards his people or dogs. That really pisses him off and will elicit the full-on "Officer Rog" part of his personality. People in the alley behind my house also bug him.

Favorite Toy:
stuffed toys that make noise, tennis balls, raquetballs

Favorite Food:
Bacon and French fries, but is not particular. I like to share fast food with him. Typically, we get the kiddie meal and I get the toy and the drink. He also has acquired a taste for his own and other dogs' feces, which really really upsets his father.

Favorite Walk:
he really likes to walk around the University of Texas Campus late at night.

Arrival Story:
Roger came to me on SuperBowl Sunday 2002 and has been like my shadow ever since. He was found in east austin wandering the streets and was bribed with a wendy's cheeseburger, which is still among his favorite snacks.

Bio:
He was super skiddish at first, but is now a classicly confident rottie. When I got Roger, he weighed less than 70 lbs, had a cut under his chin from being kicked, and had a crappy coat. Now, he is right about 100 lbs, athletic, shiny and healthy. He looks great. He is spoiled rotten by me, Laurie Ann, Emily, Joey, James, Alex, Dave, and Ted. He is an excellent off-leash dog and finished first in his obedience class...he was a total brown noser to the teacher of the class and she loved him. Roger is extremely willing to please.
