Arrival Story:
Foster was left to fend for himself after his owners moved. He was left without food or water, but luckily, a neighbor heard him crying and took him in. He called a friend of mine, but she couldn't keep him either. After a few months and no prospective families or foster homes, I agreed to foster him. They brought Foster from South Georgia to Virginia Beach where another mutual friend had agreed to foster him until I could drive down from New York to pick him. I fell in love and decided to keep him permanently.
