I was buying pet toys and a lady started talking to me about dogs.Said she had a shih tzu and 11 other animals.she was having them all put to sleep, couldn't afford them.. I went to to see SAMSON and he was so skinny,mnatted and full of f leas and 3 different kinds of worms.....I had never seen such terrible hair on a shih tzu before.. My vet came over and I asked her if she thought he was a real TZU>
