Molly has returned Home Safely Thanks to all who helped! I really Appreciate it.

HELP I AM LOST

Jumped out the window in Mount Vernon Kentucky while I was away yesterday Dec 21 2008 and has VANISHED! She is Gentle as a Kitten but weighs 130 pounds She comes to her Nickname Molly I contacted Animal Control and they are on the look out for her.
Molly is a Therapy dog and is needed back home with her family.

Kentucky

Well I've been here in Kentucky since spring and aside from an episode where mom left me alone in our camper and I stuck my head through a glass window ending up at the vets office overnight, having stitches in my poor little nose. things have gone well!
Mom discovered http://www.dogsindanger.com and is watching it for any Saints that might be in danger. She hopes she can save them but dad says that she can't till we find a house with some land for ourselves! Good thing Saints don't usually end up at shelters. We are Awesome dogs!
I miss my water dish and my trips to the pond! Its not great here since there has been a drought all summer and the stores locally don't have anymore kiddie pools!
It has been quite warm here even up to 70 on Monday.
I do like camping though! New dogs come through the campground every day! No one my size though they are always those little dogs.
Oh Kentucky is a great place to stay. They are dog friendly and all. Hope to see you soon!

My life Lately

Things are going pretty well here. Life is easy and good. We discovered that Mom and I can sleep on the couch at the same time. It really works great because mom is always cold and I have a normal body temp of around 102 like all dogs! Mom is having heart trouble. The Docs think that might be what is causing her to be tired all the time. She had a Physical so that she could make sure she is healthy enough to train the horse she just got and the doc couldn't find a blood pressure in either arm! Not good.
Any way back to me. I've been playing with rusty too much for him to like it but I have a new friend named Sandy. Right now we are just smelling each other on objects, we haven't actually met yet but I can't wait to meet her. Maybe Rusty won't be so bothered by me.

Fence vs. String

Dad's Talking about making me a fenced in yard but mom says I'm not out enough to need it. I really prefer to keep her feet warm while she works on the computer. Dad wants to get his own St Bernard, a Male since I seem determined to keep my girlie figure! He wants something with some bulk. Hey 140lb+ is about right for a girl St Bernard right! Anyway Mom says if he does get another dog we can take turns on the string dad says what if we want to play togather! He has a point, like is mom really going to want two of us sleeping under her computer?

Little Kids are Yummy!

I love little kids they come with Jelly and Peanut butter, and on a good day they feed me cranberries my favorite fruit! OOOOOhhh maybe dried cherries are my favorite. Any way I love it when they sneak me the sandwiches they don't want to eat or the milk from their cereal bowl.
Little kids are the most fun. They throw Balls and sticks and will even get in my water dish with me! I like that My kids are too "big" to play in my water dish. I'm not sure what makes them think that but they do!

Daily Entries

My Diary has been and will continue for a while to be inconsistent in entry dates. Things here are a little hectic.
Mom calls me hero dog now. I don't know why I was just doing my job. My job is walking with girl child age 14 for her homeschooled Phys-Ed to keep her safe. Well we don't walk anymore mom won't let us out of her sight.
We Stopped about mid-November. At the time mom thought my behavior was weird, girl child and me walked every day around the "circle" that is our neighbor hood. on day things just didn't feel safe, so i laid down right there on the side of the road until girl child decided we could go home! She told mom but mom thought I must be tired, I couldn't tell them what it was but something was weird! The next day I did the same thing! Things still were not right. After about 4 days girl child decided we didn't need to walk again till things warmed up. Hey November was snowy and cold this year! They thought I was being whiny about cold feet or somthing, What do they think I am a chiahuahua?
Around Thanksgiving all became clear, SADLY a couple dogs nextdoor lost their 14 year old girl child who walked them. Someone killed her while she was walking them! They found her body floating in the pond!
Mom is still afraid to let us out even though the murderer is in police custody and I proved I knew what I was doing. She Claims to not have enough information to feel safe about it.

A little about my life with the Oakes family.

I have been on Biologically appropriate Raw food for most of my life! I really like chicken, and apples there good too. I eat all the ones that drop off the tree where I can reach them. I dig holes under the brush pile to burry them! Mom was gonna hall my brush pile to the community recycle center till the little kids came for a visit and Aaron crawled right inside my cave. I love the little kids and its fun sharing my cave with them.
I don't think Dakota likes me much so I try to get as close to him as possible. A week or so ago I accidently knocked him into my water dish (a Toddler sized swimming pool) I felt horrible! I tried to say I was sorry but he wasn't intrested in a doggie appology!
Any way back to what I eat. The stuff my mom calls kibble makes me sick! I went to grammies house and ate some of my auntie and cosins kibble The first few times it happened I got sick like I had the flu.. You know many trips to the back yard for private time and if the door wasn't opened the floor was a good spot. The last time I wen't up I broke out in a rash!! I had to take an emergency trip to the Vet and be on Steriods and Antibiotics to fight off secondary issues! Mom had kept a bag of Kibble in the house for emergency days when she can't cook stuff for me but it is gone now! My friends used to bring me doggie biskits but those make me break out in a rash too! I'd rather have toast anyway.

I'm 2 now.

I am 2 Years old . I live with my Human mom and Dad and their 3 Teenagers. I sleep with mom at night while dad works. My Job is to keep on the watch while my family sleeps. My Fin Feather and Fur family is a Goldfish named Jake, Four Cockatiels, Two adult Maine Coon Mixes and a new Baby sister(kitten) named Rosie.
Mom says 2 is a good age for St Bernard girls to start dating so we discussed it and she said I could have my own web page. I am APRI registered, mom isn't crazy about AKC but my K9-Dad was AKC and mom will pay to have any AKC boys duel reg through APRI if he turns out to be MR Right. http://www.aprpets.org/main/index.php
