Think it's a hint? Arrival Story: We lost our two older dogs to cancer in March and badly needed to fill the the empty space left in our hearts and our home. Wanted a rescue dog and low and behold, the greyhound track in Connecticut was closing. He didn't come from that track, but he is still a retired racer. Bio: Babe is a 2 year old brindle weighing about 65 lbs. He has a greyt personality and has really adjusted well. We adopted him June 22nd and he knew nothing about houses or house rules or cats. He was afraid to ride in the car and was very posessive with his things. Now he loves to ride in the car, jump in and out of his pool and play with the cats. He is still learning manners but was instantly housebroken. We know how much he loves to run, so we've adjusted to the torn up grass from his racing in the yard. We just love him to death and think he is really greyt. He makes us laugh all the time and we can't believe how smart he is. Although we will always miss our dogs who've passed, he has helped to fill the void in our hearts and home. Adopting a grey is one of the best things I've ever done. I think anyone who does it will be very happy they did. Forums Motto: Babe-y Boy I've Been On Dogster Since:
