Arrival Story:
My friend had kept him for a night, because he was thinking of adopting him. His dog, Mike, and Spike were crazy together-playing all the time. Due to their size, it was a bit much for his apartment. I offered to watch him for the afternoon, and took him over to my friend's house. While she was about to give him a treat, I went into the bathroom. As soon as I closed the door, he ran over and sat outside the bathroom crying until I came out. At that moment I knew that we were staying together.
