The Holidays are coming!

I can't believe Christmas is almost here! This will be my very first Christmas and I'm so excited! I know mom and dad have already done some shopping for me, but I can't seem to sniff out where they hide my gifts. Still trying though. Mom bought me raindeer antlers to wear. Um...not to thrilled by that. I'm a big boy but yet she still chooses to dress me up. Oh well as long as the trips to the park don't stop, I won't fuss too much. I also hear rumor from dad that mom may be making me some homade Christmas bones...drool...I hope hes right on that note. Well thats my thoughts for now. Hope all my pup pals and everyone else have a safe and Merry Christmas!!!!

Saving my daddy's life!

A few months ago my daddy was out walking me one late night while mommy was at work. We always go to the park to play at night and I always have a good time. This one particular night though, something happened that changed my life. As me and daddy ran and played at the park a strange man walked out of the park walking towards us. Daddy called me to him and put me back on my leash. We headed towards home. As we approached the upcoming street past the park, I turned to realize the stranger was still behind us walking in our direction. We continued on, but I kept a close eye on the man who kept getting closer to us. As daddy turned around the stranger ducked behind a house, at this moment me and daddy knew something wasn't right. We hurried across the street to the next side walk to turn around and see the man had tried ducking behind another bush, he was right behind us. Although very alert daddy put me into a sit position. The stranger was right on our tail when daddy gave me the command 'Cyrus watch him'!!! I turned towards the approaching man with a angry "back off my daddy" bark as I lunged towards him. The man took off in a panic, he jumped the neighbors fence and was gone in a flash. When I got home, mom was there. Daddy told her everything and she called the cops to keep an eye out for the man. I was praised like crazy!!! Mommy and daddy were very proud that I possibly saved my dads life!

Training I need

I have yet to go through some basic Obedience classes. I will hopefully do that soon, cuz I tend to drive my mommy and daddy crazy when I don't listen. Then after some Obedience, mom wants to enroll me into Schutzhund, she thinks I would have fun and learn alot from this. Although I listen when I want food or treats, When I want my way i will whine and cry til I get it! Overall I'm just a big goofy boy. I enjoy being with my family most of all. I really want a companion to play with while mom and dad are busy. But they said that can't happen until we find a bigger home. Mom is very proud that I was a fast learner when it came to house breaking, not nipping, or chewing. I hope to meet some great pals on here too.
