Arrival Story:
We wanted a companion for Max and had always been big fans of Fawn colored Danes. I was browsing the web and found Mindy's breeder's website and had a strong feeling this was the place to go...even though it was four and half hours away. We were initially interested in another male Dane, but needless to say we fell in love with Mindy.

Today Mommy, Daddy, Max and I went to Green Lakes for our very, very favorite walk in the howl world. A young woman passed us and for some odd reason I had the urge to jump on her and say hello. I guess this wasn't good because mommy and daddy didn't seem too happy with me and the girl screamed! I didn't mean to scare her or make anyone mad at me. I just wanted a better look at the girl but I guess that was a big no-no. The girl said she was afraid of dogs. How weird is that? Why would anyone be scared of a big slobbery goofy girl like me? Mommy told me I need to respect others. I'll try harder next time. That's a doggy paw promise. : )
