The Big Green Monster

It started out as a normal night just hanging out with my sister Lucy, looking for something to chew up...but what's that!!!?? All of a sudden I walked into the Livingroom and there it was! A big scary green monster. Looking right at me! It smelled funny too. I ran under the kitchen table to hide from it. I came back out to peek and see if the monster had gone away. **Gasp** It was still there! My human mom came and laid with me under the table and told me it was a Christmas tree and it was nothing to be afraid of. What the heck is that! Nothing to be afraid of....Is this woman mad!!!!? That's no tree! It's big and it's in the house and has bright shiny colorful things all over it. I knew I had to think of a plan to get rid of our new guest!

Well, it's been almost a week and guess what? It's still there! It's taken over the Livingroom and is forcing me to hide! All I can do is wait...wait for a plan to get rid of it!

Where am I? Who are you people?

On Saturday my master came and brought me outside of my kennel and brought me over to a few strange humans. They seemed nice. I played with them for a little while and played with some girl dog named Lucy. Boy was I sure having a blast..... But wait, then all of a sudden they put me in the car with them. What the heck!? So I just sat there on the seat like a good boy on the long car ride home. Finally we got to their house. They told me it was my new home. Who were these people?! I sniffed to make sure there were no dangers. It seemed okay, but I had to make sure that I was very careful. It's only been a few days but think I might just like these humans. They feed me and play with me and best of all I play all day long with my new adopted sister Lucy! She's pretty fun. Last night I got really scared when my human mom dropped a pot on the kitchen floor. I tried to run outside and ran right into the screen door! Ouch! She came over to me a held me on the floor and pet me until I felt a little better....I think I'll fit in just right. =)
