 Quick Bio:
 Birthday: June 28th 1998
Likes: Going for car trips with mom and dad. She goes (nearly) EVERYWHERE with us.

Pet-Peeves: Don't MESS with my friggin' PAWS!

Favorite Toy: A pink, stuffed, squeaky toy in the shape of a LOBSTER. It has twisted rope legs. She shakes the heck out of it when she's mad at me. (I left her to go to the grocery store, etc...)

Favorite Food: Beggin Strips brand doggie snacks. BUT... I have found a natural, organic treat near our home that is way better for her, and she likes them almost as much. Also, she will follow you anywhere for a bite of apple, or any other fruit!

Favorite Walk: Around our block where we live. One lap is half a mile, which is a long way, when your legs are only 6 inches long!

Best Tricks: Pepper will, when asked, roll over, sit, stand, stand on two legs, beg, fetch and scare the heck out of the deer in the backyard. She truly is a talented friend!

Arrival Story: I was looking for a pet for my 9 year old daughter. I found Pepper in Belton, South Carolina (shes a Southern Chick, with Southern sensibilities, manners, etc.. ). I looked in the crate, and there were only two really big, fat little males. I knew there was supposed to be a female somewhere, so I looked under a cabinet next to the puppy crate, and there she was. How she got out, I will never know, since she was only about 7 weeks old at the time. (Apparently someone at the breeders home visited with her, and forgot to put her "back"... fortunately for ME, I found her! Otherwise I would have never found my very best friend!)

Bio: Pepper is sort of a serious minded pup. She loves her mama and daddy so much, and sits beside windows and doors often, looking out and alerting us if anything worrisome shows up. She practices this "watch" without a trace of levity. When at home, she follows me around the house and gardens like a shadow. When we do have to leave her (Doctors appointment, etc.. a place where she absolutely can NOT go...) she kicks up a fuss, and barks and fusses us out till we get in the car. I hate to upset her, but dont like to crate her in the house. She usually gets over it pretty quick tho.. (i think she KNOWS her mama is going to return...

Forums Motto: May I PLEASE have a cookie?

Wooof! Wow.. what a great site! First off, I have to say a great big "Howdee!" to my two newest and bestest pals, Fitz and Apollo. Check out their pictures and stats and you will see what real champs they are! :-)
My mom told me all about this site and I am so excited to be making new puppy and kitty friends. I really do like all sorts of creatures including but not limited to: the squirrels in MY pine tree, the hummingbirds that come to visit the feeder mama and I set out, my cat, Lexi. She is a Simalayan, which I am told is a cross between a Seal Point Siamese and a Himalayan. Dunno. Sounds kinda creepy to me, but shes hot. :-) (she has way more boyfriends than I do.. but thats okay, cuz I am always busy with mama and daddy anyways!
I live near Napa, California.. which is a really cool part of the world, cuz everyone around here loves pups. *woof!* Actually, I live about 3500 feet up the side of a mountain in the middle of a national forest, overlooking Napa Valley, but I digress. *grin*
I help my mom with the garden every day, watering the veggies and roses. I love to be out in the sunshine, and even tho mama says I'm a southern chick, I really think I am more a cali girl, because nothing feels better then a nice roll in the sand!
Well.. my paws are gettin' tired, so I will close for now...
Nite nite Apollo...
Nite Nite Fitz...
Be well, and when in doubt, SNIFF!
