A Day in My Life

Camping

Our trip to the rustic cabin was quite an experience. I got to see and smell so many new things, I don't even know what they all are!! Mom said she was jealous of my fur coat because our cabin was on the chilly side when we first arrived.

Luckily, I got to sleep with Mom and Dad for a while. But Mom was afraid I'd get up in the middle of night and snoop around and end up eating something I shouldn't. I don't where she gets this idea from ;)

So then when it was crate time, to my surprise - my little bed was inside! My crate usually just has a couple of solid rubber toys in it because I tend to eat things I shouldn't - like blankets :)

All-in-all, it was pawsome time!

New Adventures

Mom tells me that we are going to a Leaf Festival and staying overnight in a cabin tomorrow night! I sure hope it's fun. I always enjoy a good car ride (it's about 2 hours away), I'm not too sure about this cabin thing, but Mom and I are trying to have an open mind :) Mostly, hoping for not too much rain.

Wish me luck everyone! Mom says we have to pack my sweaters because who knows how warm a cabin will be...I'll let everyone know how it turns out!

Squeakers

Mom and Dad brought me home goodies from Wal Mart on Tuesday! I love the sound of the Wal Mart bags.

They bought me my first harness. It's pink and has a backpack on it. This means I can carry my own potty bags when we go one walks - Mom's excited about that fact :)

Best of all, they brought home Squeakers! He's made of rubber, he's on the small side and looks like something I've never seen before. Although he does have eyes and what a looks like a mouth. I take him every where, even to the Vet's yesterday. Mom only lets me play with him when someone's around to watch me though. I'm planning on sneaking him into my crate one night so he can sleep with me, shhh...don't tell Mom! I even talk to Squeakers when I play with him, he squeaks, I whine - it sounds the same :)
