Arrival Story:
It was right before Christmas, and Piko was to be my Christmas puppy. I picked Piko out from a litter of 5. I went in with the mindset that I was going to choose the puppy that bonded to me, regardless of color, and he was the first one to climb right up on me! I put him back on the floor and he jumped right back into my lap. I started belly-rubbing him and then put him back down in my lap . He instantly fell asleep! We've been inseparable ever since, and he is just the love of our lives!
Bio:
Piko means "navel" or "belly button" in Hawaiian. It is also the name of a surfwear company that translates Piko to mean "Hawaiian Lifeline". Maybe one day he will make it back to Hawai'i with Mom and Dad!
