Arrival Story:
When my cat died that I had for ten short years, I decided I wanted to get a small dog. I looked around at different breeds, found the Papillon, fell in love. Found Louis, fell in love!!!

Bio:
Louis is pronounced Louie. He is such a sweet dog, and he thinks he is a person! He has one blue eye and one brown eye, which is very rare in Papillons. He doesn't mind the extra attention he gets for his beautiful eyes while we are out.
