Arrival Story:
I had registerred with Gig Harbor Pug and Boston Terrier Rescue about a year ago looking for a Pug that was 1 or 2 years old. Patience paid off!! Rocky is the best little Pug we have ever been owned by. :)

Rocky was a stray and found by a caring person who took him to a Vet because he was so "to the bone" skinny. They called him "Cinnamon". The Vet treated and vaccinated Rocky and then turned him over to the Pug Rescue and they named him "Snackers". Rocky was then handed over to a Foster family who named him "Kermit". Well, we did not think he looked like a little green frog and decided to give him a fighting name and Rocky it is!! He loves his name and answers to it everytime!! Since we do not know the age of this little guy, we have determined that his birthday is the day we rescued him and his Vetranary estimated his age at 2 years old.

Well it has almost been 2 years since I was adopted by my owners. I am so happy now, If I was any happier, I'd be twins....Anyway, I was feeling a bit under the weather a little while ago, My owners took me to the Vet. Dog oh dog, they ran so many tests!! Well my tummy is very sensitive to chiken of all things and I love chicken!.....I can not have any more chicken and now I have to eat Prescription food......don't tell them, but I really like it and can hardly wait for meal times....
I am so excited, I am going to the Pugapalooza in Seattle on May 12th. There will be a whole lotta Pugs there just like me!!!
That is all for now, I still have some snoozing to do before my owners are done working, then play time!

Bye Bye,

Well, it has been a year now living with my adopted family and I must say, I have not been happier of more spoiled in all my life!! We go for walks dailey and since my people work at home, I am never alone!! The other dog (Gunner) that was here before me seems to be letting up on me some. Gunner and I had to stay at a Kennel for a few days and the big guy cuddled up with me for protection...ha ha. Boy were we glad when our people came to pick us up from there, Not that the kennel is a bad place, but, there is no place like home!! I had a check-up the other day at the Vet's office, boy was that scary...but the Dr there turned out to be really nice and she gave me a report card that said that I was in perfect health!! Well, that is just about it for me right now as I just found a nice place to take a nap in the sun!!
