Arrival Story:
When my roommate received a puppy from her mother in 1989 I wanted a puppy of my own and called the man where she got the puppy from and Buddy was the last one left. My roommate's sister also got a brother from the same litter. I told my roommate that her puppy would need a playmate but the main reason was I wanted a puppy of my own because I haven't had a dog for 18 years and I missed not having a dog in my life.

Bio:
Buddy grew up with his brother, 6 cats and 9 horses. Buddy loved helping us do our chores in the morning at the barn, play with his brother and the cats. When Buddy was 9 years old I had him registered as a therapy dog and we visited people in the hospital and also go to a second grade class for the children to read stories to him. I included 2 pictures of all 3 brothers at the bottom of the page. Buddy was smiling and wagging his tail to the end, even when he had trouble breathing. I love you Buddy (11-18-89 to 5-22-05).
