Arrival Story:
I was excited to find a dog that I could adopt from the shelter or a rescue organization, and I met a woman at a pet store who runs an animal rescue in Iowa City. I filled out an application and met Buddie (an adorable schnauzer mix)...I was turned down for Buddie since someone else got first dibs. Then she rescued Emma about a month later and gave me a call!!
Bio:
Emma is so sweet and silly. She loves to give everyone kisses, even if she just met you. She's very smart too, and can understand all that you tell her. She's a great listener and a superb napping buddy. She lives in Iowa with my ex, so I miss her a lot, but I get to see her whenever I go home.
